Accessibility
This publication is meant to be read, including by people who do not use a mouse, a high-contrast monitor, or a visual layout at all.
Target
Pages aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA: contrast, keyboard access, visible focus, named landmarks, and text alternatives. Body measure is kept in the 65–75ch range so lines do not sprawl. Fonts are self-hosted; the site does not call Google Fonts at runtime.
What is in this build
- Semantic headings, nav, main, and footer.
- A skip link to the main content.
- Width and height on brand images to avoid layout shift.
- Contrast chosen against Aged Paper and Midnight Navy rather than against a decorative gradient (there isn’t one).
- A captions-ready video component. It is unused on the homepage because there is no legal clip to play. When a clip exists, it will not ship without captions.
What is not claimed
This page is not a certified audit. It is a commitment and a punch list. If a control is unreachable, a contrast pair fails, or a caption is missing on a future clip, that is a defect.
Reporting a barrier
Use the reserved contact form when intake is connected. Until then, treat this page as the standing request: describe the page URL, the barrier, and the tool or browser involved. Do not include unnecessary personal data. There is no monitored mailbox on this launch build; if you need a receipt, wait for intake to be marked live on the contact page.
