What this is
The site is an independent publication. It is not a government service, not legal advice, not investment advice, and not a substitute for the underlying official record. If a log entry and a primary document differ, the document wins — and you should send a correction.
The log is empty until it isn’t
Launch-sequence pages may contain no entries. That is the correct state of an unfilled log, not an outage. Feeds may be valid and empty.
Conduct
You may not use this site to attempt unauthorized access, to dump malware, or to submit unlawful content through any future form. The current forms do not submit.
Accuracy and liability
The desk works to a published standard and still will be wrong sometimes. Corrections are append-only. To the extent law allows, the publication is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted accuracy. Nothing on the site creates an attorney-client, fiduciary, or agency relationship.
Marks
